Why we send you to other sites to read them
We do not choose who reviews us. Shopper Approved surveys every customer automatically after a transaction, which is why that count is in the thousands and not curated.
We do not hide the bad ones. Of 3,095 Shopper Approved reviews, 85 percent are five star and roughly 1 percent are one star. Those are public on the same page as the good ones.
We answer complaints in public. Price is the most common one. We are a licensed private service, so our fee is on top of the DMV fees you would pay anyway, and the DMV will do all of this for free at its own pace.
Nothing here is marked up for search engines. No star ratings are injected into Google results from this page. What you see is what the platforms show.
Where the reviews come from
Shopper Approved collects reviews automatically after real transactions, so nobody is hand picked. It is a Google licensed review partner, which is why the same rating appears in Google.
Google reviews are left directly by customers, most of them at our Fremont counter.
Yelp reviews cannot be solicited by us at all under Yelp policy. That count built up on its own.
